Gear & motorized shutter setup
On-site measurement and installation techniques
Basic welding and fabrication skills

About the Role

What You'll Do

Trainee Responsibilities

Assist senior fabricators and technicians in workshop
Learn shutter fabrication process step by step
Accompany installation team to client sites
Handle material, tools and basic tasks under guidance
Gradually take on independent work as skills develop

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

Basic Requirements

ITI (any trade) or 10th/12th pass preferred
No prior experience required
Eager to learn a skilled trade
Physically fit for workshop and site work
Sincere, punctual and honest
Nagpur based — must be able to commute daily

ITI Any Trade 10th Pass OK Fresher Welcome Nagpur Based Training Provided
